基于企业知识联盟的界面管理研究

随着现代企业管理内容的日益复杂和竞争的日益加剧,企业知识联盟界面管理问题显得日益重要。首先剖析了知识联盟管理界面的涵义、特征等基本理论问题;在此基础上,进一步剖析了知识联盟管理界面的具体成因;最后,从管理流程、模糊控制、组织学习的角度,提出了知识联盟界面管理的一般方法。

Research on Interface Management Based on Enterprises Knowledge Alliance

Along with the complexity of business management and impetuosity of competition, the interface of knowledge alliance has been becoming increasingly important. This paper analyzes the concept and character of enterprise knowledge interface, then,studies the general cause of formation, and lastly, puts forwards the general ways from management process, fussy control and organization learning.
