RCP——a New Project Financing Pattern

In order to overcome the financing problem of the non-operational infrastructure projects and the quasi operational infrastructure projects,the RCP pattern as a new project financing pattern appears.Its basic principle is that the high income of resources compensates the investment of the non-operational infrastructure projects or the quasi operational infrastructure projects,thus guaranteed the investor obtains the reasonable investment repayment.This paper detailedly analyses the basic principle and the operation procedure of this pattern,discusses its charanters and advertent problems in using.It has the important practical significance for solving the infrastructure construction fund insufficiency and speeding up the construction of the infrastructure projects.
