太子山国有林场功能定位及发展对策研究

以湖北太子山国有林场为例,分析了其经营状况、功能价值,并对职工开展了访问调查。最后,提出把太子山国有林场定位为生态公益型国有林场,明确林场的公益事业单位性质;政府有关部门应出台相关政策,扶持国有林场积极发展林下经济,实施立体复合经营;太子山林场也应立足自身优势,积极发展旅游和苗木项目,培育非木质产品生产新的增长点,提升自身效益,减轻国家财政负担。

Research on development strategies and the role of state- owned forest plantation:A case study of Tazi mountain state- owned forest plantation in Hubei Province

Taking Tazi mountain state-owned forest plantation for example and analyzing its operating conditions,functional value,and staff to carry out interviews,we finally proposed that the Tazi mountain state-owned forest plantation should be taken as an ecological public serves forest plantation,and a public institution; the government should draw up relevant policies to support state-owned forest plantation developing under-forest economy,implement comprehensive management modes; the Tazi mountain state-owned forest plantation should also be positive for developing forest tourism and seedlings projects,creating new economic growth area of non-timber productions,then for increasing management efficiency and alleviating public financial budget.
