我国科技型中小企业融资问题研究

融资难目前是制约我国科技型中小企业快速发展的主要障碍，企业自身素质不佳、银行体系支持力度不够、直接融资渠道不畅等是导致科技型中小企业融资难的主要原因，目前可通过增强科技型中小企业内在融资能力、建立为科技型中小企业服务的中小金融机构、完善商业银行信贷管理机制和信用担保制度、引进风险投资、拓宽直接融资渠道以及建立科技型中小企业创新基金等举措来加以解决。

Study on Chinese Medium and Small-sized Sci-tech Enterprise Financing

Difficulty in finance are becoming main barrier to medium-and-small-sized Science&Technology enterprises on their way of growing fast. Whole result from several factors; the poor quality of these Enterprises , the weak support from bank and the inefficiency of direct finance channel, and so on. we can now take these following means to solve the foregoing problem: strengthening these enterprises ability to finance; setting up medium-and-small-sized financial institutions that service these accordant enterprises perfecting the mechanism of bank's credit management, introducing the system of risky investment , widening the direct financing channel and setting a innovating fund for medium-and-small-sized Science&Technology enterprises.
