文章的目的在于通过对改革以来我国个人收入分配模式变迁过程的考察,描述我国个人收入分配模式变迁的轨迹。文章认为,由谁分配、如何分配以及这种分配背后体现的分配观念是不同时期分配模式特点的集中表现,分配模式的变迁也主要体现在上述三个方面的变化上。
