| 摘 要： | 欧美金融集团的涌现早已引起所在国监管层的高度关注，它们陆续出台了相应的监管法律，针对金融集团实施了专业化监管。与此同时，国内外大量学者也对金融控股公司的专业化监管进行了理论或实证研究。本文希望采用文献综述的方式，让国内学者了解在金融机构集团化过程中国内外学者对金融控股公司基于监管层面的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Occident regulatory institutions have been very concerned with the phenomena of Financial Company Grouping. They enacted a series of regulations to supervise these financial holding companies. At the same time, economists analyzed the special supervisory management of financial group in both theoretics and demonstration fields. This study tries to collect typical literatures and comments on them concisely. The author hopes readers could get along with the last researches about Financial Holding Company in view of supervisory management aspect in the international scope through this study. |
