| 摘 要： | 新型城镇化作为一场全面深刻的社会变革,正在成为我国未来经济社会发展的强大引擎。然而,随着"刘易斯拐点"的临近,新型城镇化也面临着地方政府债务、城镇空心化和"拉美陷阱"等多方面的风险。借鉴国内外城镇化的经验教训,新型城镇化应当走"以科学规划为龙头,以主导产业为支撑,以农民市民化为核心"的发展道路。
