| Abstract: | Water resources authorities in China encounter some difficulty and challenges in carrying out diversified economy of water resources, and there also exists many problems to be solved urgently. Such problems concerning the diversified economy of water resources are mainly as follows: improvement of management understanding, imperfection of management system, lack of innovation of the operation mechanism, etc. |
