| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国企业“走出去”步伐加快，对促进我国经济发展起到了积极作用，但是，企业“走出去”也面临着较大风险。本文借鉴美日韩等国境外投资的经验，对我国企业“走出去”进行了分析，并提出了相关建议。
