| 摘 要： | 文章首先分析了高技术产业集群内部动因:提升创新能力、降低成本等,外部动因:带动区域经济发展,同时分析了高技术产业集群的区域影响因素:市场需求、人力资源、风险投资等,接着进一步分析了高技术产业集群对区域经济的提升效应。在此基础上,文章提出了加大高技术产业集群,促进区域经济发展的前瞻性对策。
