摘 要: | 随着新经济时代的到来,以电子化、信息化、自动化、网络化、数字化为代表的新经济浪潮直接影响并冲击着传统企业的发展,它将给传统企业带来发展的机遇和巨大的挑战。在此背景下,传统企业的商务e化工作,特别是营销e化工作必将成为传统企业经营管理需要面临的一个重要研究课题。其中,客户关系管理作为企业e化的前向系统和营销e化的核心内容是最直接、最能为企业带来效益,并在整个企业业务流程的重组和形成新的经营管理模式中贯穿于始终,它是企业营销e化工作的首要阶段,也是最关键的一个阶段。

E-shift of Enterprise' Marketing New Economy Age |

Abstract: | With the coming of the new economy times, the new economy wave, featuring onelectronics, information, automation, network, and digit, has a direct influence and impact on thedevelopment of the traditional enterprises. It will bring the great opportunity and challenge to thetraditional enterprises. In this case, e-commerce, especially e-marketing in the traditional enterpriseswill inevitably become very important research work. Among them, CRM, acting as the front-officeof enterpriscs' E-shift and the core of E-marketing, can bring about the direct benefit for theenterprises. CRM also runs through the re-construction of the whole business procedures and shapingof the new management pattern. It is the initial and most critical stage in the e-shift of theenterprises' marketing. |
