| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的发展和社会的进步,市场竞争的关键在于行业领先人才和人力资源的竞争。随着近年来市场需求的不断变化,校企合作的方式和激励机制也有了新的表现形式。本文以滁州职业技术学院为例,针对其旅游专业校企联合的具体情况,对于其在校企合作中的创新机制与激励政策进行研究,旨在能够推动我国高职院校校企合作的合理、健康、可持续发展。
