摘    要:分析了控制性详细规划在规划教学中的地位和控规教学面临的问题,针对建筑院校学生形态能力强而控制指标薄弱,提出了与城市设计一体化的控规教学模式,突出程序性、公平性和指标的严肃性。通过研讨式的教学,鼓励学生思考城市开发控制的深层次问题,树立正确的价值观。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the importance of the regulatory plan in the planning system,the problems faced by regulatory plan teaching.Architectural students of the institutions are good at spatial form to the neglect of the control targets.We propose the integration of regulatory plan and urban design teaching,intended to emphasize the seriousness of procedural fairness and indicators.Discussion of teaching encourages students to think about the deep-seated problems of urban development control.
