| 摘 要： | 复合型物流管理人才短缺的状况已成为制约我国物流产业发展的瓶颈。结合现代物流业发展的新特点,提出了复合型物流管理人才的能力结构体系,从教育理念、教学模式和知识体系等方面阐述了复合型物流管理人才的培养路径。

| Abstract: | The shortage of logistics management compound talents has become the bottleneck of the development of China's logistics industry.With new features in the development of modern logistics industry,the ability structure of logistics management compound talents has been studied at first,and then the cultivating path of logistics management compound talents has been described from the educational concept,teaching mode and knowledge hierarchy. |
