关于工科高校的工程训练探讨

工程训练是工科高校重要的实践教学环节,其目的是通过金工实习的过程,使学生获得一定的操作技能,掌握工业生产中常用材料及其加工工艺知识,以此培养学生们的工程素质、质量素质和安全素质。随着全社会对素质教育的日益重视,工科高校都充分认识到金工实习这一工程实践教学环节在培养学生综合工程素质过程中所发挥的重要作用。我国金工实习课程需进一步研究如何建立融知识、能力、素质为一体课程体系,必须将常规性的金工实习转化为全方位的工程训练。

Exploration on Engineering Training of Engineering Universities

The engineering training is the important practical teaching link for engineering universities,its purpose is to enable students obtain certain skills through the process of metalworking practice,grasp knowledge of commonly used materials and their processing technology in industrial production,so as to develop students' engineering quality and safety quality.As the whole society pays more attention to the quality of education,engineering universities fully realize the important role of metalworking practice played in the cultivation of the students' comprehensive engineering quality process.The metalworking practice course in our country need further studying on how to establish course system integrating with knowledge,ability and quality,must make regular metalworking practice tranform all-round engineering training.
