| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the necessity of scientific research supervisor mode of undergraduate's innovation team systematically and combined practical effect of undergraduate group training in recent years,this paper made comparative analysis from construction mode of innovation team and training methods of the team,and discussed the effectiveness of mode and methods. |
