| 摘 要： | 随着城市化和工业化进程的加快,非农用地的规模不断扩大,土地已成为浙江经济发展中最为稀缺的资源之一。文章对浙江省耕地资源供给与需求进行了预测,根据人口增长对粮食的需求态势,对未来耕地安全保障程度和耕地需求中存在的问题进行了分析。建立了耕地资源安全评价指标体系,并对未来耕地资源安全状态进行了评价。

| Abstract: | The speeding-up of urbanization and industrialization in Zheiang Province has resulted in the expansion of urban land, the land having become one of the scarcest resources in the economic development of the province. This paper predicts the supply and demand of cultivated land and analyzes the safeguard of the cultivated land and problems in the demand of cultivated land in the future,establishes the index system of safeguard evaluation of cultivated land, and evaluates the safety state of cultivated land in the future. |
