| Abstract: | This article discusses the problem of venture capital, which is popular in the world but in difficulties in China. Its significance and characteristics are introduced. Then the difficulties of the development in China are analyzed. The countermeasures to develop venture capital are put forward to provide references for the development of high-tech innovation and the change of the way of economic growth. |
