| 摘 要： | 本文提出了基于流程运作效率的业务流程诊断分析方法,即综合运用时间陷阱法和作业成本ABC法分析业务流程,并给出了分析的步骤,在一定程度上实现了定量和定性分析方法的结合,使业务流程的分析结果更准确,为实施业务流程再确立了重点。结合具体的企业案例验证了此方法。结果表明,时间陷阱法和ABC法的结合,能够较为准确地分析业务流程。案例分析可以为实施BPR的企业提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | This study put forward a business processes diagnosis method based on process operation efficiency,that is,business processes are analyzed by combining time-trap method with ABC (activity based on cost) method.It also provides the analysis steps,and realizes the integration of quantificational and qualitative analysis method to a certain extent,so as to achieve exacter analysis result,and determine keystones of BPR implementation.With a case study,this method is put into practice.It is proved that the integration of time-trap method and ABC method makes business processes analysis exacter.And the case study may provide references for enterprises to carry out BPR. |
