中国城市承载力区域差异研究

快速城镇化背景下,城市发展与资源环境中的矛盾日益突出.本文选取京津冀、长三角、珠三角、中原、成渝城市群中土地、水资源、交通和环境要素承载力指标,建立城市综合承载力评价指标体系.通过综合评价与比较分析,得出水资源承载力城市群的发展影响,南方城市群承载力高于北方城市群,承载力在不同规模城市中呈倒U分布等承载力区域差异,并且诊断出五大城市群发展中的短板.针对上述问题,作者从优化承载力结构、稳步提高城镇化进程、合理引导资源需求、实施空间管治四个方面提出了提高承载力的政策建议.

Regional Difference in Urban Carrying Capacity

Based on the theory of carrying capacity, this paper put forward the method to assess the comprehensive urban carrying capacity in five urban agglomeration. The conclusion is that: the water becomes the most important factor in urban carrying capacity score, the scores in urban agglomeration in south are higher than that in north, the score in different scale are inverse U allocation.
