| Abstract: | Setting up an independent director system is an innovation for our listed company.But the independent director will meet with various risks when he carries out his liabilities.If there is no risk transfer system to eliminate risks,the loss for directors is immense.So setting up the liability insurance of the the independent director is an effective way to transfer risks of the independent director. |
