| 摘 要： | 住房保障政策是指政府在一定的社会、经济和政治形式下,为改善住在的数量、质量、价格以及所有权和使用权状况,为适应不同时期的住房需求和住房供应模式而设计的干预政策;其目的是提高居民家庭拥有住房的比例,从数量和质量上改善住房的供给。

| Abstract: | The housing safeguard policy is refers to the government under certain society,the economy and the political form,to improve in quantity,the quality,the price as well as the property rights and the right of use condition,the intervention policy which designs for the adaptation different time's housing demand and the housing supply pattern.Its goal is enhances the resident family to have the housing proportion,improves the housing from quantity and the quality the supplies. |
