The Risk Assessment of Different Manufacturer Cooperative Types in the Supply Chain

Aiming at the complexity of manufacturer cooperative relationship in the supply chain, this paper divides manufacturer cooperative types into the strategic alliances, the general cooperation, the transaction relations, and establishes the indicator systems through analysising the compositive factors of risks on this three kinds of cooperative types.It utilizes the fuzzy theory to appraise and provides the basis for further research on risk management and control.
