我国城市经济学发展现状及未来趋势

本文在对城市经济学发展国内外现状进行评述的基础上,对近年来我国城市经济学研究所表现出的一些新特点进行了概括,对所取得的重要理论成果和重要突破从城市化研究、城市经营与管理研究、城市竞争力研究等3个方面进行了总结,指出本学科研究的主要领域及其趋势是:城市化与新型工业化关系及其互动机制研究,中国城市公共经济与公共经济管理研究,城市与区域经济协调发展研究,城市产业结构调整与城市就业问题研究,城市经济学基础理论、经济模型及研究方法,中国城市政府行为,城市经济政策研究.

Future Development and Present Situation of Urban Economics

On the Basis of analyzing the present situation of domestic and foreign urban economics, this article generalizes new characteristics of our study in urban economics and make a summary about the achievements in theory and practice from the studies of urbanization, urban management and operation and urban competitive power. Finally, the author points out that the main field and tendency in this subject are the relationship between urbanization and new industrialization, urban public economy and management, coordinated development between cities and regional economy,etc.
