| 摘 要： | 失业是劳动力资源的闲置或浪费。无论对失业者个人还是对整个社会,失业的消极社会经济后果都要大于其积极作用。文章在新古典增长模型的基础上,通过严密的数理推导,建立了失业率变动与经济增长率变动之间的数理模型,并结合福建的统计资料对两者之间的定量关系进行了实证分析。

| Abstract: | Unemployment is the idling and wasting of the human resources.No matter it is for the unemployed or for the whole society,the negative social economic consequences of unemployment surpass greatly its positive effects.Based on the Neoclassical Growth Model and through a rigorous mathematical analysis,this article establishes a mathematical model which reflects the fluctuant relationship between the rate of unemployment and the rate of economic growth.Then it uses the statistical materials about Fujian Province to conduct an empirical analysis on the quantitative relationship between these two variables. |
