本文在国家由计划经济向市场经济转变的背景下，从自然禀赋、中央政府、地方政府、区域微观主体四个方面，并运用博弈论，探析了山西经济发展落后的原因。自然禀赋是地方经济发展的出发点，中央政府的政策决定山西是我国经济发展的后发地区，地方政府的保守影响了山西经济制度创新，晋商经商传统的断层使山西的民营经济发展薄弱。本文最后对山西未来经济发展提出了建议。

Thoughts on Factors Affecting the Economic Development of Shanxi Province

In the context of the national economy change from a planned economy to a market economy, from the natural endowment, the central government, local governments, regional microstructure subject, this paper explores the reasons of the economic development backward in Shanxi Province using the game theory. The natural endowment is starting point for local economic development, the central government＇s policy decision that Shanxi is post - prone areas of Chinese economic development, the conservative of local government impact on Shanxi economic system innovation, the fault of JIN Merchants＇business tradition weak private economic development in Shanxi. Finally, this paper offers future recommendations for the economic development of Shanxi.
