Development and Application of Information System about the Flow Rate Inspection and Management in Shengli Oilfields

Under the background of constructing digital oilfields, the information system of flow rate inspection and management in Shengli oilfields has been established successfully according to the requirements of management at the inspection station of large flow rate in Shengli Oilfield Company. Then the network management of total flow process has been realized, which includes the collection of inspection data of oilfield flowmeters, the treatment of report data, the supply of certificates, the approval of management departments, the distribution of reports as well as the examination of inspected units. At last the explanation is made about the system design, technical choice, implementing methods, and the application state of the whole system.
