| Abstract: | In 2001,China formally become the 143~(rd) number of the WTO.The WTO membership will boost its reform and opening up and grant domestic companies greater access to the global market.As our country's foundational industry, the real estate industry's influence will be profound since China's access to WTO.This article is detailed to analyze that China's access to WTO will give Chinese real estate industry opportunity and challenge, and put forward with some suggestions. |
