| Abstract: | Computer software can accurately and rapid handle the issue about cost control in construction project management. This paper summarizes the development of the cost control softwares. Based on some functions which a cost control software should has, this paper explores the design of subentry cost control softwares with Excel and the design of payment management softwares with Microsoft C, and puts them into practice. |
