大学生速度赛马骑师选材指标体系的构建

Index System Construction of Jockey Selection from College Students

This paper studies the index system of jockey selection from college students through the literature re-view, investigation and expert interview. It shows that for ensuring the ratio of success and development of jockeys se-lected from college students, we need to select jockeys from body morphology, physical quality, body function and sports psychology. Index system construction of jockey selection can provide scientific guidance for the horse racing industry, and enhance scientificalness and definiteness in jockey selection.
