| Abstract: | The construction of dual-qualification teachers is especially important that of teaching staff. The cultivation of high-qualified teachers is the prerequisite for the training of high-qualified applied talents. This paper,on the basis of the understanding of dual-qualification teachers from the society and educational circles, analyzes their current situation and explores the countermeasures to build dual-qualification teaching staff in Wuhan Business University. |
