| 摘 要： | 本文以人本管理理念为指导,阐述基于人本主义企业管理模式,首先分析人本主义管理的内涵,并将JIT人本主义理念融入到企业管理模式构建的过程中,通过阐述＂当下＂对于员工的意义,从员工人权的充分保障、员工自我管理等方面论述了基于人本管理理念的企业管理模式。
