城市管理与监察（城市设施安全技术）专业人才培养模式研究

针对城市管理与监察（城市设施安全技术）专业面向的职业岗位群的具体要求和特点,提出了＂课-证融合,一会四化＂的人才培养模式。其结合了证书模式、校企合作、订单式、工学结合等几种人才培养模式,属于一种典型的复合模式。基本要求是,按照岗位任职资格设计能力体系,按照能力体系来设计核心课程体系,把国家职业标准和培训大纲融入核心课程体系之中,实现＂能力-课程一体化＂、＂课程-证书一体化＂、＂教学-实训一体化＂、＂考试-考证一体化＂;通过筹备成立行业协会学会,建立校企合作的平台,推行订单式培养;按工学结合的要求,以培养学生的职业能力和专业技能为核心。
