| Abstract: | This paper shows that Recycle Economy is a deepened-concept model which is characterized with ecologically sustainable development by reviewing its history, concept, basic principles, theory bases,etc. The paper also has analyzed the basic approaches as well as key measures of how to promote Recycle Economy after analyzing the situation of Recycle Economy development in China. |
