| 摘 要： | 21世纪的市场竞争将不是企业之间的竞争．而是供应链和供应链之间的竞争。而供应链竞争能力的强弱，在很大程度上还取决于供应链是否具有柔性。本文首先简要分析了柔性供应链的涵义，其次对如何构建柔性供应链，提出了一些对策措施。
