| 摘 要： | 从电子商务面临的退货渠道困境入手,总结了电子商务环境下逆向物流的主要运营模式。通过SWOT方法辨析各种模式的适用条件,提出了电子商务环境下逆向物流运营模式的选择流程,帮助计划进入逆向物流领域的电子商务企业做出抉择。
