| Abstract: | This paper summarized and cogitated from four aspects of the scientific concept of development the the Party's 17th Congress major report including the important status,value judgment,background,the scientific meaning,the spiritual essence,as well as in-depth implementation of the scientific concept of development and fundamental requirements of specific plans for the new exposition,seeking to clarify that the scientific development concept is the major strategic thinking and the complete and scientific theoretical system to adhere to and implement which needed by developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
