| 摘 要： | 北方农牧交错带生态环境脆弱,经济发展与生态环境严重失调,贫困与环境恶化不断加剧。为了寻求北方农牧交错带经济与生态环境协调发展的途径,文章在系统分析北方农牧交错带的概念、分布、生态环境退化的现状及其原因的基础上,探讨了经济、资源、环境系统作用机制,提出了建设生态补偿机制、调整产业结构、统筹生态环境建设与经济建设,发展循环经济等可持续发展方面的战略措施。
