| 摘 要： | 目前,低碳建筑已逐渐成为国际建筑界的主流趋势,而建筑业推进低碳的有效模式是实践的重点和难点。通过对国外建筑评估体系及其立法、经济政策的归纳研究,并从欧洲低碳建筑和亚洲生态建筑的相关实践着手,梳理分析了有关促进建筑可持续发展和低碳建筑的实践经验,从而为推动我国建筑可持续发展提供有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Low-carbon buildings have now become the main trend of the international construction industry.Through the evaluation system of foreign buildings and legislative and economic policies study,as well as from the European low-carbon buildings and related ecological building practices in Asia,the paper analyzes and evaluates the building on the promotion of sustainable development and low-carbon building experience,which provides useful reference for promoting the sustainable development of building. |
