| 摘 要： | 通过分析中国城市土地开发模式的演进及其对房地产市场的影响,本文总结了中国土地开发模式的演进过程,分析了不同土地开发模式对房地产市场影响的机理,指出了现行土地开发模式对房地产市场所带来的潜在风险,最后就如何有效规避这些风险提出了应对措施.
