| 摘 要： | 创新型企业建设能为创新型国家建设提供有力的支撑,由于创新型企业建设过程是一个多种创新类型、多种创新项目的集群动态系统集成的非线性复杂过程,创新型企业建设的过程中面临的风险因素比单纯的技术创新更多、更复杂,对这些风险因素应及时加以识别和管理,以避免创新型企业在建设过程中蒙受巨大损害。 |

| Abstract: | Innovative enterprise construction provides support for innovative country construction.The process of innova-tive enterprise construction is the nonlinear and complex process,which is integrated by multifold projects and innovationtypes.So the risk of innovative enterprise construction is more complicated than technological innovation′s.We shouldpromptly identify and manage these risk factors to avoid suffering damage in the construction process of innovation-ori-ented enterprises. |
