| 摘 要： | 在经济改革的新形势下，我国行政事业单位财务管理中存在一些突出的问题，如：预算管理、国有资产管理、会计基础工作不够规范，银行帐户多头化，行政事业单位收费票据多样化，财务人员业务素质不过硬等问题。加强行政事业单位财务管理刻不容缓。

| Abstract: | Under the new situation of the economic reforms,there are some problems in the financial management of China's administrative departments and institutions,such as: budget management,the state-owned asset management,not standardized basic accounting work,multiple bank accounts and administrative institutions,charge bills diversific-ation,unqualified financial officers and professional qualities and so on.Strengthening financial management of ad-ministrative units is urgent. |
