我国资源型城市可持续发展措施与建议

资源型城市的转型与可持续发展,是当前全球高度重视的一个课题。文章通过对资源型城市从兴起、繁荣到转型发展过程的探析,针对资源型城市支柱产业单一、后备资源不足、环境污染严重等问题,提出了资源型城市实现可持续发展,要明确所处发展阶段,采取优化产业结构及延伸产业链、发展循环经济、实现资源型城市的再城市化,加强外围、深部找矿力度,拓展企业融资渠道,推进政府职能转变,扩大就业等措施。

Measures on Sustainable Development of Resource-based Cities of China

Sustainable develoqment and transformation of the resource-based economies of certain cities has become a problem that the whole world is attaching a great importance to.On the premise of analysis on the development process of resource-based cities from growing up,prosperity to transformation,as well as the problems ranging from single pillar industry,insufficient reserve resources and serious environmental pollution,the paper focuses on the specific methods for realizing sustainable development,these include: optimizing the industrial structure,extending industrial chain,developing recycling sector of the economy,realizing the re-urbanization of resource-based cities,strengthening the exploration in the depth and periphery of the existing mines,expanding the channel for enterprises' financing,forging ahead with transformation of the government functions and creating more jobs.
