试论利用经济特区带动新疆经济与贸易快速发展

通过经济特区带动地方经济快速发展是包括中国在内的世界上许多国家或地区的成功经验。新疆具有设立经济特区最重要的地理优势,面临发展外向型经济前所未有的国内外环境条件,因此,应尽快实施经济特区带动地方经济与贸易持续快速发展的措施。本文结合新疆外向型经济发展的现实条件与可能,提出建立阿拉山口边境贸易区、新疆喀什边境经济合作区和设立乌鲁木齐保税区的设想。

Leading the Rapid Progress of Xinjiang Local Economy and Trade by Using the Special Economic Zone

Many countries including China have succeeded in using the special economic zone to lead the rapid progress of local economy. Xinjiang has the most important geographical advantages of establishing the special economic zone and is facing the domestic and foreign environmental condition which developing extroversion economy has never had. So it is necessary to lead the sustained and rapid progress of local economy and trade by using the special economic zone as soon as possible. This paper combines the reality of Xinjiang's extroversion economic development with its possibility and proposes suggestions of establishing the Alataw Shankou frontier trade area, Xinjiang Kaxkar frontier economic cooperation zone and setting up the Urumqi bonded zone.
