| 摘 要： | 管理专业化是家族制企业发展到一定历史阶段的必然要求。家族制企业的管理专业化路经和取向是多样性的。作者根据美国经济学家克林·盖尔西克等提出的“三维发展模式”理论,分析家族制企业管理专业化的动因与趋势,并构建三环模式,对家族制企业管理专业化的多样性路经进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Specialized management is on inevitable demand in the development of family enterprises. In combination with Kelin E. Ger-sicks Three -circle Mode, this paper firstly analyses the inevitability of specialized management in family business,and then constructs the new Three - circle Mode of specialized management on the basis of expert managers, standard enterprise system and scientific management means, and lastly discusses the various ways to specialized management. |
