| 摘 要： | 随着高职院校的蓬勃发展,越来越多的大学生被吸收到党内来,高职院校学生党员比例不断增加,高职院校学生党员的教育和管理工作是高职院校党建工作的重要组成部分。本文针对高职院校大学生的特点及存在的问题,提出了如何加强高职院校大学生党员的教育和管理的有效措施。

| Abstract: | With the vigorous development of higher vocational colleges,more and more college students are absorbed into the party,proportion of higher vocational college students＇ party member is increasing.Their education and management become the important component of party building.Aiming at the characteristics of college students and their problems,the article proposed the effective measures about strengthening education and management of student party members. |
