大一新生适应障碍现象分析

大学新生的入学适应问题对整个大学生活乃至将来职业生涯会产生较大的影响。由于学习和生活环境、学习方式和方法和人际交往等方面的变化,新生表现出许多的心理适应不良,不同程度地出现学业紧张、心理困惑、人际交往障碍、频繁违纪等各种各样的问题。本文对该现象的表现及原因进行了分析。

Analysis of Freshmen Adaptation Obstacles

Whether college freshmen can adapt themselves to the college life will exert a deep influence on their later study and career,most freshmen are lack of the necessary psychological preparation,feeling at a loss when faced with new environment and interpersonal relationship.As a result,the heavy weight on their mind has a deep influence on their normal study and life.This paper analyzes the causes of the adaptive obstacles among freshmen.
