| 摘 要： | 新农合制度取得了很大的成绩,但面临一些关键性问题亟待解决。解决这些关键性问题需要发挥参合农民自身积极性,建立以自我管理为主的激励机制;同时,推行在城市中设立一些新农合定点医疗机构,解决进城务工人员的新农合报销问题,为实现最终的城乡医保对接奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Though the new rural cooperative medical system has made great achievements,some key issues need to be solved urgently.Solving these key issues require us to play positivity of farmers who are participate in new rural cooperative medical system,establish incentive mechanism mainly based on self-management.Meanwhile,some new rural cooperative fixed-point medical institution should be established in the cities to solve the new rural cooperative reimbursement of migrant workers,and provide basis for achieving ultimate conjoining of urban and rural medical insurance. |
