| 摘 要： | 本文以我国电子及通信设备制造业企业为研究对象，从技术创新资源整合能力、技术创新产出能力和技术创新资源投入能力三个方面入手，构建了企业技术创新能力评价指标体系，并依据1996-2005年《中国高技术产业统计年鉴》的统计数据，运用密切值法，对比分析了我国大型和中小型电子及通信设备制造企业的技术创新能力，得出我国大型电子及通信设备制造企业的技术创新能力要强于中小型企业的结论。
