行政区经济约束下的主体功能区建设研究

主体功能区作为我国区域发展战略的新安排，必将对现行的行政区经济产生巨大冲击。文章在从区域发展理论创新的角度对主体功能区进行深化认识的基础上。从区域划分依据、区城发展理念、同质化政府与异质化区域、主体功能区操作与行政主体、主体功能区划分标准与区域发展等方面阐释了行政区经济对主体功能区约束的内在机制，指出区域管理政策是现阶段行政区经济约束的集中表现，并从配套政策体系和当前政策重点等角度指出了主体功能区和行政区经济协调发展的现实路径。
